Learning is the process by which you face new things and then know about the things how they work how they behave and how they perform during the journey of the Amal Academy I learned so many new things in the previous blog I mentioned the things like time management, design solution of the problems, leadership, communication skills, etc.

In the last session the thing which I learned is consistency and the consistency is based on your intrest connect with your fellows is important thing specially with your circle members because if I take the example of myself its my first experiacne working with the others and during mega project in starting I just hesitated from others and I did not want to involve with others and not share my opinion but one day I realized that Im wrong because when I will start my professional life I would work with people and in any organization I can not work alone the I started cooperate with my circle members and shared my opinion so I felt really amazing when others appreciate my idea and they gave me a chance to talk more with them at that time I realized that connect with people is very important and when others appreciate you the appreciation of others give you internally refreshment and internally the a force which pull you to break your comfort zone and interact with other.

So talk and connect with others is extraordinary thing through which you will play front foot because others sport you

I learned through Amal platform interact with others break your comfort zone when you come out form the box then you realize the world has bundle of opportunity for you and its all depends on your will power how to grab the opportunity in starting days of Amal I afaird from public speaking but at the end of the fellowship almost 2 weeks ago I talk in front of my university joniours and its credit goes to my Program manager and program assistant in future I want to continue work on this and want to convert my fear into my strength
